I recently had my vehicle serviced at Jim Norton Toyota and initially had some concerns regarding my visit. After the service, I noticed a wire near the engine air filter housing had not been clipped back into place, there was some confusion regarding my battery test results, and my headliner was left dirty. After bringing these issues to their attention, Eric and the team were quick to respond and worked to make things right. They took my concerns seriously, communicated with me professionally, and offered solutions to address the problems. While my original experience was frustrating, I appreciate the effort they made to correct the situation and ensure I felt heard as a customer. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds is what matters most, and Jim Norton Toyota showed a willingness to stand behind their service and make things right.
