My wife and I came in met with Alex in sales. We ended up getting a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Cole in finance was also superb. My whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. The environment, attitude and overall atmosphere was the best that I have received in a while. Both Alex and Cole had great attitudes, were very charismatic and relatable. They made the whole experience very easy and just can't say enough about how impressed I am with everything at Jim Norton Toyota.

The service department at Jim Norton is top notch! My most recent visit was for regular maintenance and Robby took great care of me, but everyone there has each time I’ve needed to go in. We will definitely continue to use them for vehicle maintenance. I’ve never had a bad experience, and we’ve been going to them for 6 years now. So glad we found them.

My Highlander just rolled over 105,000 miles and I'm sure it will get another 105,000 without problems. Norton has serviced the car since they sold it in 2010. Everything continues to work properly. Nothing has broken. A durable, reliable vehicle made better by Jim Norton Toyota!

We took our 2013 Camry in for a few minor fixes and ended up having other serious issues that needed fixed. David was straight forward about cost and went over every detail about what needed to be fixed, but wasn't high-pressure about it! He allowed us time to consider what we wanted to prioritize with repairs so we could make the best decision for us. He was in excellent communication by phone and text about expected time frame of when our car would be ready too. David has awesome customer service and treated us with kindness from start to finish! Needless to say, we are very happy customers!

5 stars as always! Auston was my service rep he showed true integrity by letting me know I really didn't need an oil change only rotation, he also arranged shuttle service to and from my nearby nail salon while my car was being serviced. Bill was my very shuttle kind and engaging shuttle driver. My car was serviced accurately and timely. Thank you Jim Norton for an excellent service team.

I was on vacation with my family 5 hours from home and needed the wife’s car needed it’s 5k service being a holiday weekend and I was unable to get to the dealership till lunch time Saturday I was worried about getting it done plus I had a leaking tire however they were very helpful and got everything I needed done in a timely manor and were super friendly with the whole experience. The whole staff went above and beyond even being super busy to get me back on the road. If they were my local dealer they would have for sure gotten all of my business.

I was here helping my in laws buy a new 2023 Highlander. Seth, the sales manager is phenomenal. Very different from the normal “car sales” experience. He was friendly, Talked with us and not pushy but was willing and ready to do a deal. We appreciate that kind of professionalism and knowledge. I don’t write to many reviews. This one was worth doing. Also Tim was a great salesperson and I would recommend asking for him! Thanks guys!

I was initially surprised that my car was due for much more maintenance than I realized (had to use an out-of-state Toyota dealer while traveling and wasn't alerted) but Andy eased my mind and assured that it could be taken care of when I was ready. The coupons I brought were all a bit "not" what I needed to do for my routine maintenance visit. So I resigned myself to deal with something not so great ... but when I went to check out, I was surprised by a much lower amount than expected. I left feeling very grateful! (And glad to finally have a heads up on what is coming my way for maintenance.)

Forever the best service. No one wants to deal with car trouble. I was able to have my car towed in, diagnosed, and pay for my service with ease. They even dropped my car off at my house after it was fixed. Great communication throughout with Joey. The BDC in the service department also made communication easy, relaxing and helped put a little joy back in day. Jeff, Kristen and Stephanie do a great job starting off each interaction on a positive note.

They did an amazing job helping me get my car back on the road. There was some confusion with the cost of my parts. I was quoted one price and then was told another the next time I called in. I was thankful that they honored the first quoted price. Had my car back on the road the next day. Very happy with the customer service received.

The guys were great. They got my car in, got me shuttled home with Bill. We had a pleasant conversation on the way.. Andy called me with updates and when the car was ready, I got shuttled back with Bill again. We again had a pleasant conversation on the way. Got back to the service department and Andy got me checked out and on the way while another technician pulled my car up into the drive. An overall great experience other than my car shot a false alarm about a misfire which cost me $209.00 in labor charges.

What a great team! Definitely 5 out of 5 would recommend. Jon Coats was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From helping us understand the numbers and packages in detail, to going over everything our new Tacoma has to offer, never leaving our side every step of the way, and even helping install our car seat and getting both of our trucks warmed up while we were finalizing paperwork- he was an absolute gentleman and joy to work with! We are so blessed to have found our dream truck at Jim Norton Toyota.

The only reason I forgot my advisor’s name is because I had another car being serviced at another dealership at the same time. Maybe they can find his name with Invoice Reference xxx6384 with service completed Wed Dec 28. The gentleman was polite and professional and seems genuinely interested in getting my car repaired and serviced without harping on the things that were due, but that we decided against having them completed during this visit.

I went in for a recall repair. Josh at the desk was very personable and just a nice guy. He gave me an approximate timeline and offered to get me a ride home. My husband was picking me up and when I returned to pick up my car it had been vacuumed and windshield cleaned. They gave me a list of things to get checked for another time. The waiting area was very nice and the lady in the snack bar area helped me navigate the coffee machine. It all really was a nice experience within the dealership! Thank you Jim Norton!

I can’t speak more highly of a dealership experience in my entire life. From the second I got in contact with Brandon Barlow over the phone and till the day he handed me my keys, he was always there for me. He was always to the point, responsive, and a class/honest individual. Alex in finance was also amazing. I’m glad to see a dealership exist that takes care of their customers, are honest, and do good business with them. Not to mention, the dealership is just gorgeous and even have a waterfall inside lol. In my honest opinion it was by far one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Everyone I dealt with was very polite, courteous, helpful and didn't push you into making rushed decisions. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE looking to buy a vehicle. The used car lot was loaded with a wide variety of very nice cars and trucks. The truck I recently purchased is the nicest I've owned and was reasonably priced. I will definitely return to them for my future car needs.
