Mike in Finance was very personable and with no pressure walked us through the choices and options available, in addition to providing us with a very reasonable loan. We closed feeling we had been very well served and most comfortable with the terms. Afterwards Robert carefully explained the vehicle's functionality where he even set up the Bluetooth for our cell phones. Excellent experience starting with the collision repair center where they guided me through an insurance claim process then to new car sales. The salesman was excellent and patient helping me through many options.

I visited Jim Norton's Toyota in Tulsa while I was a student in the area, and unfortunately, my experience was a mixed bag. Initially, I was quoted a certain price over the phone, which I verified repeatedly to ensure it was genuine. However, when I arrived at the showroom, the sales associate (who was friendly and courteous) presented me with a substantially higher number. Despite my disappointment, I was willing to negotiate, but the manager remained elusive, hiding behind closed doors while the sales associate shuttled back and forth. The final offer I received was significantly higher than the original quote, leaving me feeling misled. My advice to the management is simple: stick to your words. Don't assume that students or individuals with no prior experience in the US are susceptible to fake offers. Transparency and honesty go a long way in building trust. On a positive note, the dealership has an impressive selection of new models, and the showroom is immaculately maintained. I'm giving four stars in the hopes that they will take my feedback constructively and improve their sales practices. With a bit more integrity and clarity, Jim Norton's Toyota could truly excel.

Just recently bought a beautiful 2022 Camry from Jim Norton. Carl our sales guy was cool as a cucumber and Nick in finance quite literally went above and beyond to get us into payments we could afford and made it possible for me to buy a car for my wife and kids. It has been a long time since I have had actual business dealings with good people. Honestly from the bottom of my heart these were good people.
