Quick and knowledgeable

Absolutely incredible experience! We just drove away with a gorgeous 2025 Sienna and the process could not have been easier. Got a fantastic trade in price for my Camry. Didn’t have to haggle or wonder if we got a good return on our previous car. We almost went with another make but Toyota beats quality and safety every time! Thank you Jayden for the awesome sale. Was early to my appointment and got in and out in less than half the quoted time for a free 5000 miles service on my 26 Tundra. Apparently check-in person did forget to tell someone I needed washer fluid though I told her I was concerned it was leaking or was never filled at new purchase. Otherwise it was 100% perfect!

I will give salesmen Josh and Jordan 5 stars. Also Jose in financial. But I give detail 2 stars. The windows has slimy fingerprints and the console had dirt all over it it and down the side where the seat buckle is. Also the back seat console had trash and crumbs all in it. I sent it back twice. Josh was kind enough to take it and wipe it down himself. If you spend 41,000 on a vehicle the least you can get is a clean vehicle!

From beginning to end this was a great experience. I started online shopping from a state away. The process was clear and direct without run around! We finished up after a several hour drive to the dealership. From first greeting at the door, meeting the sales team, to the financing dept., and ending with the final showing and transfer; the staff was professional, kind, and efficient. There was a recall for parts for my SUV and the staff there were all friendly and helpful. It was my first visit so I was unfamiliar with the process and Stewart was patient about explaining it to me for my future visits. The complimentary car wash is greatly appreciated! It looks brand new!
