Great service completed on time every time.

They have recently started managing their own dent warranty service. I went in to fix a small dent in my drivers side door. The process was easy and finished within hours. The final repair was professionally done. I couldn’t find where the dent had been. I was very thankful I didn’t have to go to a different business to take care of what I needed. Thank you!

When I went to get my tag for my new Toyota RAV4, the tag office said Jim Norton Toyota forgot to notarize my title. So I called them and they sent someone over to the tag office to get that done within 15-20 minutes. Very prompt response to a mistake!

Jim Norton Service runs like a finely tuned Swiss watch! Pretty extraordinary to watch it in action! My service agent is David Holmes and I trust him thoroughly! David's advice on what is important and should be done and possibly what can be postponed when my money is a bit tighter. I love not dealing with the "upselling" I've faced at other service providers. That has never happened at Jim Norton Toyota to myself or my family! Thank you Jim Norton!
