Every time I go here they immediately put my car into service. I am usually in and out within an hour. They serve water coffee tea, hot chocolate. For their customers, as you wait in the awesome waiting area.

Honestly, it was a really great experience at Jim Norton. From beginning to end I wasn’t pressured or hassled. Plus, I’ll have to say that Zach, who helped me find which truck I wanted, was very informative in helping me make my choice. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing.
