I just wanted to take a moment and say thanks to Jim Nortan Toyota, and to 2 special guys that made our experience AWESOME. I have a 2008 FJ Cruiser, but my husband had recently had an accident in his 2002 Toyota Tacoma, and was looking to replace it with a different vehicle. in Dec 2013 he purchased a 2005 Toyota Tundra, but after driving it several months, it was just more vehicle than he needed. We shopped around in Bartlesville, which is much closer to home,,,but after no satisfying customer service, we once again headed to Jim Nortan. There we were blessed with an awesome saleman Mr Bill Watkins, and he was absolutely wonderful. We negoiated a price quickly, and was sent to the next step of our journey to Mr Sean "Shaggy" Walsh. Once again he was awesome, got us taken care of very quickly and professional. It was just an awesome experience all the way around, and we appreciate both of these men very much. Thank you guys for making my husband a very happy excited man, appreciate you both very much!
