Prior to receiving service for my 2013 Tundra on June 27, 2015 I received a call from Mike Toney. He asked if I might be interested in selling my truck. Explaining I was very happy with the Tundra, I noted it would be serviced on the coming Saturday and they could estimate its value for trade. Upon arrival at the dealership I was professionally greeted by the service staff and the Tundra was accepted for its first extended warranty service. After being directed to Mike Toney, he explained the process and introduced me to Don Ward. Don told me about the new trucks and asked me what I might be interested in if I were to trade my vehicle. We looked at various vehicles and Don explained options and differences. Don was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. After test driving the 2015 Tundra we negotiated the price of my trade and the options and cost of the new vehicle. Everything was clearly explained and flawlessly executed. The same holds true for my visit with Sean Walsh in Finance. Sean was very friendly and efficient. In just a short time my new vehicle was prepped and ready for delivery.
