Dear Customers,

In light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus 2019), we are working to remain proactive in our communication with patrons about the steps Jim Norton Toyota is taking to protect our customers as well as our employees while also fulfilling services provided by the dealership in the most efficient manner.

At this time, Jim Norton Toyota is operating during regular business hours while maintaining the highest levels of sanitation standards set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). While we do pride ourselves in offering a clean and neat space, we understand that a heightened attention to cleanliness and sanitation is necessary. Below are some of the steps our teams are taking to ensure our dealership, customers and employees remain safe:

  • Plexiglass shields at customer-facing work stations.
  • We are applying D7 to all our New, Pre-owned and Rental vehicles.
  • Hand washing guidelines and educational materials are posted to inform employees and customers on best practices to reduce the spread of germs
  • Additional availability of hand sanitizers throughout the dealership to be used as necessary by customers and employees
  • Sanitization of each office between customer visits
  • Additional deep sanitizing throughout showroom, lounges, and departments throughout the day and after the dealership closes each evening
  • Temporary closure of our café for the safety of our customers and employees
  • All employees have been directed to stay home if they are feeling ill or if a member of their household is sick
  • We’re currently offering pick-up and delivery for Service customers and one hundred percent on-line sales transactions with free home delivery. You can have a completely “hands-free” experience at our dealership – you are in control of customizing your experience.

In addition to these steps, we have placed Lysol and Bleach wipes in several locations to be used by staff and customers alike if they feel extra precautions are needed. We will be monitoring the situation closely as it develops and adjusting our safety measures accordingly. We greatly appreciate your trust, patience and understanding. Please know that while we share your concerns about COVID-19, you are our #1 priority and we will work relentlessly to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees while still providing you with the best possible experience.
