I bought a brand new 2012 Toyota Yaris from Jim Norton Toyota. For the specific car I was looking for, prices between brands are very comparable, so service makes the difference. I am a new car buyer and had a lot of questions with my preferred method of gathering information being through email. My car buying timeline included a month of emails with questions about inventory, trims, colors, etc. Everyone was very helpful and to be honest the fact that I never once felt pressured from Jonathan Reimbold, who I highly recommend, helped me make my decision to look at the Yaris. The entire staff at Jim Norton Toyota was all very helpful and through the financing process my mother, who wanted to be on speaker phone from out of town, was welcomed and included. It was a great experience and very stress free for a new car buyer.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of leasing a new RAV4 from Jim Norton. Kevin Metzinger was a great help in finding what I wanted and he was backed up by such a great team. Yesterday, I leased a 2011 Toyota Corolla at Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa and had a fantastic experience. The salesman was incredibly knowledgable and went out of his way to ensure I got the car I wanted at a monthly rate I could afford. I went to Jim Norton Toyota because our previous experience buying a used car was so positive. They understand the value of customer loyalty and their service is above and beyond. I can think of three examples where Robert went the extra mile to ensure I had a positive experience including helping me clean out my van! I would not hesitate to recommend JNT and their team. A week ago I bought a very good SUV in Jim Norton: Toyota Highlender Hybrid, 2009. And I would like to thank the great man Don Filipps who helped me a lot to find and buy what I want. Regardless that I don't speak English very well (I came from Russia to work in US few weeks ago), he was very extremely patient and courteous in explaining me characteristics of the car and details of the purchasing process. I bought my new RAV4 at Jim Norton Toyota and was extremely impressed with the whole experience. Thomas Hector greeted me with a smile and treated me with genuine interest and an obvious desire to make my car buying experience as painless as possible. He listened to what I had to say and did everything possible to find what I wanted at a price I could afford. I greatly appreciated the respect and courtesy with which I was treated. This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure their customer service is second to none. Never at any time did I feel as though I was just a number on a tally board. The whole experience, from making sure I had a car to use until mine could be delivered, to a very thorough explanation of my financing options and what each choice would mean over the life of the car, was top notch. Wilford Friday, Jr. is awesome. He sold me a used 1998 Toyota Tacoma in cherry condition with low miles at a great price. Wilford is the lowest stress salesman I have ever dealt with. His style is legit, and he's a true professional about meeting the customer on their terms. He is friendly while you're test driving and negotiating, and not in a way where you sense he is trying to put one over on you. He told me flat out what he could do and what he couldn't do the whole way through the buying process, and after I purchased my vehicle I could see that he was telling the truth. Jim Norton Toyota came away from the deal a winner by selling a car smoothly and profitably, and I came away a winner by taking home a vehicle I could brag about (both the truck and the price I ended up paying for it). The best part was that after the deal was all said and done, Wilford and I traded off jokes before and after he took me to the bank to withdraw my cashier's check. My first time buying from Jim Norton Toyota and the experience was great. Thomas Wood my salesman was very professional and prompt. Always addressing the things that I asked for and not just trying to sell me something off the lot. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire buying process. The Business Managers (multiple ones) are very friendly and easy to deal with. I will recommend this dealership and especially Tom to my family and friends if they are looking for new Toyota or used vehicle

1st experience buying a Toyota, my salesman Ken Boykin was great, he was very patient, and knowledgeable with all my questions. I test drove 3 vehicles before we found the right fit, Ken is very professional and I never felt pressure to rush or buy before I was ready. Ken was able to put me in the vehicle that fit me the best. 7 months later after a wreck I was back with Ken looking for a different vehicle. Ken helped me determine the best fit once again and now I am happier with my new vehicle then the first one. I recommend Ken for anyone looking for help in finding the perfect vehicle for them. Ben and Chris in the finance office were also helpful and professional.

We did some initial research by internet and were contacted by internet salesman Will Franklin. He had a pleasant, straight-forward manner and the dealership had lots of vehicles to choose from. We visited in person, but are slow shoppers, so we returned for a second visit before purchasing a car. On our second visit, Will wasn't on the lot, but our second salesman, Kord, was also just great. The sales manager and business office folks were also kind, personable and knowledgeable. I rank buying a car right up there with having a tooth pulled, so it made a big difference to me that it didn't feel like a sleazy purchase. I would highly recommend Will, Kord, and Jim Norton Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car.

Robert Atkins was Amazing!!!!. Robert was such a helpful salesman. We are expecting our first child in Aug. and we needed a vehicle to meet our needs with having a baby on the way. He listened to what wanted and understood exactly where we were coming from when looking for a new vehicle. We never once felt pressured into buying a vehicle. He was down to earth and made us feel as if we had know him for years. I would definitally recommend visiting Robert in the Toyota Used Car department. He was amazing and I feel like anyone whom he helps purchase a vehicle, will be greatly satisfied!

Dusint Moseley did a great job of assisting my wife and I will selecting the right Toyota Camry for our family. We came by to look and talk several times and there was not any time where we felt stressed out by the experience. Our kids were able to run around and find things to do at the dealership. The dealership is nice inside and comfortable. We were able to complete the transaction with me not being physically present and Brian Smith was most helpful in that regard. This is my second purchase at JN Toyota

I just purchased a new 2011 Toyota Highlander at Jim Norton Toyota. Our sales person, Zack Pinney, was wonderful. By far the most pleasant car buying experience with him!!! He was very knowledgeable of the different makes and models. He was never over bearing yet very professional. He was even very helpful in helping me get a few lost items out of my trade-in a few days later. This was our second purchase at Jim Norton and I have nothing but good things to say!!!

My husband and I were travelling this past week and the air conditioner went out in my 2010 Camry. Initially I went to a different Toyota dealer and they were backed up, didn't want to even look at the car. I had them call Jim Norton Toyota and they told me to come right over and see David Holmes in Service. David arranged for a rental car so we could still spend the day with the grandkids and he called later in the afternoon to tell me they needed to order an air conditioner amplifier from Houston and the car wouldn't be fixed for a couple more days. We were leaving for Oklahoma City the next day, but the car was ready as promised and all went without a hitch! Later I discovered that Zachary (the mechanic) had taken the AC amplifier from one of their rental cars and put it in my car just to be sure that ordering that part was all that was needed! My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Camry . We entered Jim Norton Toyota a week ago with our Consumer Report in hand. We were immediately referred to Bill Martin, an ace mechanic, because it was obvious that we were interested in technical information. Bill handled our questions with great care, respect, and without pressure. We did not know for sure what we wanted initially. So we checked out the hybrids and gathered information. I was not convinced that the hybrids were worth the extra cost. Back home I ran some calculations using Consumers Reports' average mpg for the Camry and the hybrid Camry and 100000 miles driving distance. The results of these calculations is that gasoline would have to reach $6.00/gal to break even on the different cost of the Camry vs the Camry hybrid. Since there is a loss of trunk space in addition higher cost, we decided not to pursue a hybrid.
