Since Jim Norton Toyota is assuming the risk associated with a LIFETIME warranty, several limitations, restrictions, and maintenance requirements must apply to keep the warranty valid for as long as you own the vehicle.
This lifetime warranty represents an exceptional, no-cost value to our customer however it is limited to the engine and its internal parts only. It is highly recommended that customers take advantage of one of our extended warranty programs. These extended warranty programs provide a very comprehensive coverage to the vehicle.
Free Service Loaners
When you purchase a vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota you can receive a free loaner vehicle for any extended service visit for as long as you own the vehicle. We have them right on site so that you do not have to arrange transportation while leaving your vehicle for service for extended periods. Please try to give as much notice as possible that you will need a vehicle so that we can make sure to have one ready and waiting for your visit.
Free Roadside Assistance and Towing
We provide free roadside assistance and towing through Storey Wreckers within 25 miles. On the inside door-jamb of each vehicle we deliver, you will find their number. They serve our customers free of charge seven days a week, twenty four hours a day
Free Initial Service on Certified Toyota Vehicles
When you purchase your next pre-owned vehicle at Jim Norton Toyota, you will receive your first oil change and tire rotation free of charge. This service applies to Pre-Owned vehicles that are Toyota Certified. Does not include other recommended services besides the Oil Change and Tire Rotation.
