Customer Satisfaction

We utilize a third party customer satisfaction monitoring and tracking system to ensure an unbiased customer experince rating. We track 100% of all customer repair orders which allows us to look at new ways of constantly improving the quality of our service and customer experince.

Employee Training

We have a rigorous and structured training schedule for all of our employees. All technicians must complete at least 40 hours of individual technical training a year, plus E-module learning and recertification. All techs are I-Car welding and ASE certified. Our support staff also completes at least 40 hours of advanced training to better ensure the higest levels of professionalism in all business transactions.

Safety and Environmental Responsibility

We strive to provide a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. All employees are trained to understand and comply with all local environmental and safety requirements. All used and hazardous waste materials are disposed of properly with documentation. All employees receive yearly safety & environmental training through KPA.
