Found a car online and texted the dealer within minutes I was connected with Thomas at the dealership. The online ad didn’t have any pictures, so after providing the VIN#, he texted all the pictures and was super vigilant & efficient with his responses. I told him, I was out of State and that we’d have to come pick up the car once negotiation was over. Communication from beginning to end was very clear which was super appreciated. He made it super easy and positive especially coming from out of state. Super cooperative and responsive!
